Please make yourself comfortable, by sitting in your favorite chair while I make you a cup of tea from our herbal selection. My intention is to journey back home with you—to the place where you feel comfortable, seen, heard, safe, and full of laughter. A place where you can be yourself, unjudged and as weird as you want to be. A place where love spills and light shines bright.
Loneliness isn’t just about being alone. It can happen in a crowded room, in a loving family, or even within a long-term relationship. It shows up in different ways—feeling unseen as a neurodivergent person, questioning your place in the world as part of the LGBTQ+ community, or carrying an invisible weight after experiencing trauma.
Loneliness can make people stay in relationships that are unhealthy, keep them from asking for help, or lead them to believe that no one truly understands. It is one of the most painful and unspoken struggles, one that many suffer in silence. And for some, it can become too much to bear.
But I believe that real connection can be one of the most powerful antidotes to loneliness—not just surface-level interaction, but deep, meaningful connection.
Grief isn’t just about losing a person—it’s about losing parts of ourselves, missed opportunities, the life we thought we’d have. It can come from childhood wounds, a diagnosis that changed everything, or a traumatic event that shattered our world.
Many of us have never allowed ourselves to fully grieve. Instead, we carry our losses in our bodies, in our thoughts, in the way we move through life. Unprocessed grief can turn into isolation, numbness, or a sense of being stuck.
But grief is not just pain—it is love searching for a new way to be expressed.
Reaching In & Out
We often hear, “reach out if you’re struggling.” But when you’re in deep pain, reaching out can feel impossible. That’s why we also need to reach in—to notice those who are struggling, to create spaces where they feel safe enough to open up, and to build a culture where asking for help isn’t a last resort, but a natural part of life.
Through my work, I want to create bridges—helping people heal from loneliness and grief, whether they are struggling to reach out or are simply looking for deeper connection. Healing happens together. Hope is built through human connection.
You don’t have to do this alone. And if no one has reached in for you yet, let me be the first.
Well, I challenge you—try me 😉.
Grief and loneliness can feel like endless shadows, isolating us from the world and ourselves. I know this because I have walked that path. Losing my son to suicide changed my life forever, but through that profound loss, I found my purpose: to bring hope to others navigating deep emotional pain.
As an Ambassador of Hope, I specialize in supporting individuals through grief, trauma, and emotional isolation using holistic, trauma-informed approaches. I am a Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner and have completed a year-long mentoring program in Compassionate Inquiry, a powerful trauma-healing modality developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. With over a decade of experience working in adult social care, I deeply understand the complexities of emotional suffering and the power of human connection in healing.
Beyond one-to-one and group healing work, I am a trustee for Jak’sWorld, a suicide prevention charity, where I create and facilitate safe spaces, peer support groups, and holistic healing events for those experiencing loneliness, grief, and emotional pain. I ensure that every gathering—whether it's a relaxation evening, group tapping session, or a supportive community space—is a judgment-free environment where people can process emotions, find connection, and experience healing in a way that feels right for them.
There is hope—and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
